    Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Childcare Center Director to join our team. In this role as a childcare center director you will supervise and lead staff, design program plans, oversee daily activities, and process payroll. As a Center Director, you are responsible for all aspects of the center's programs, which may include before- and after-school care.

    Responsibilities
    • Oversee operational aspects of the business
    • Plan Trips and Community events for the center
    • Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
    • Oversee pantry food availability
    • Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
    • Examine financial data "Discussed at The Monthly Meetings held with Center Owner"
    • Set and monitor key performance indicators for employees

    Qualifications
    • At least an associate degree in ECE
    • Previous experience as Childcare Center Director is preferred
    • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
    • Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
