    Description

    Role:
    Manufacturing/Quality Engineer

    Duration: 12, 24 & 36 Months


    Description:
    Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process. Operates in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process. At this level, projects are of limited scope and responsibility; work plans and decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by
    supervisors and/or managers. May assign coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel and contractors. The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise and an innate passion to build.

    You will play a critical role in creating and refining processes in order to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity.

    Responsibilities
    Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
    Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
    Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    At least - 2 years' of engineering experience
    Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S


    Skills:
    Basic computer skills including windows preferred
    AutoCAD is helpful
    Experience with ME or QE in manufacturing environment involved in the assembly of product
    Provide daily manufacturing engineering and quality engineering support to existing assembly line.
    Maintain assembly documentation. Investigate and resolve quality issues. Investigate and implement continuous improvement ideas. Enhance existing mistake-proofing solutions.
    Eliminate ergonomic risks.
    Knowledge and experience with computer aided design systems (Creo) creating 3D models and 2D drawings, Matlab, welding, Lathe, etc. (if have any)
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
