  • Mipa Direkt GmbH is a rapidly growing wholesale and retail company based in Landshut. With 14 locations, we distribute vehicle repair paints, industrial paints, building paints, as well as wood and carpentry paints from the production of MIPA SE, as well as accessories for industry, crafts, and professional private users, under the motto "Quality directly from the manufacturer". Mipa Direkt GmbH is part of the Mipa Group, which operates worldwide with around 1500 employees and eight production facilities in Europe.

What to expect from us:


  • Order acceptance and processing
  • Support for existing retail and wholesale customers
  • Consultation of customers regarding the product range
  • Ordering and replenishment of inventory
  • Implementation of salespromoting measures and attractive product presentation
  • Tinting/mixing of paints and colors
  • Diverse commercial tasks, from cash register closing to inventory
  • Picking orders according to picking lists, as well as receiving, storing, and retrieving goods

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed training in the commercial or technical field as a merchant (m/f/d) in retail/wholesale or as a salesperson (m/f/d), preferably with a comparable qualification
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as an interest in colors and paints
