The Producer Services Enrollment and Onboarding Manager leads a team who are responsible for enrollment, contracting, appointments and code setup for new Chubb agents.

This individual will drive the efficient processes and workflows to prepare prospective agents to begin to access Chubb and produce premium.


Major Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Drive distribution expansion by efficiently enrolling and contracting with new agents.
  • Establish producer codes, agency profiling records, appointments and distribute welcome letters for prospective and newly onboarded agents.
  • Provide monthly onboarding reports to management as well as adhoc reports to the Chubb branch network.
  • Manage/coach/guide the Producer services onboarding team.
  • Act as a key business resource for IT regarding all automation supporting producer enrollment and onboarding.
  • Act as a key resource for the Chubb branch network to advise, support, and facilitate their business needs regarding the handling of producer codes, e.g., aggregators, acquisitions, commission changes, etc.
  • Oversee and execute the movement of business driven by agency Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Process required movement of agency codes and policies using an established automated workflow by working with the field and IT.
  • Collaborate with Producer Services Licensing and Appointment Manager and Regulatory/Legal and Reporting manager to ensure optimal lifecycle administration for all Chubb agents.
  • Develop and maintain prospective agency onboarding strategies with Producer Development Manager.

Qualifications:


  • 5 years of experience in either Insurance Operations, Compliance or New Producer Onboarding desired.
  • 4year college degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and significant experience with Word, Outlook, Power Point, OneNote.
  • Demonstrated people management.
