Our client, based in the Hamburg/Lübeck area, is a well-established, medium-sized group of companies in the construction industry. Due to a strong order situation in recent years, the company has experienced significant growth. Now, it is crucial to further develop and redesign internal structures and processes. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager (m/f/d) for this purpose.

Responsibilities:

Responsible point of contact for all commercial aspects of the group of companies
Professional and disciplinary management of finance, accounting/controlling, and IT
Central point of contact for authorities, auditors/tax consultants, and banks, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Responsibility for budget, results, and liquidity management of the group
Further development of IT structures and processes
Personnel management and development

Qualifications:

Completed degree in business administration (business administration, business law)
Experience in the construction industry, related services, building technology, facility management, or similar is advantageous
Experience in building structures and processes, preferably in the area of restructuring
Strong handson mentality, goal orientation, and implementation skills
High IT competence
Proficient in using IT tools (MS Office)
