Job Description: Project Manager

The Project Manager will be a key member of the Professional Services Division within the Solera Data Consulting Department in Wyoming.

As a Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in scoping and delivering projects for our Professional Services clients. You will work closely with the three sub-departments within the division - Implementation, Configuration, and Training - as well as collaborate with Sales Stakeholders to identify and qualify new opportunities for Solera.

In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering value at multiple levels through the following responsibilities:

Role & Responsibilities

Defining project scope and deliverables for Solera projects, creating and maintaining project documentation, developing plans, and managing resources.

Monitoring projects to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. This includes setting timelines and milestones, assigning responsibilities, and providing progress updates.

Collaborating with Sales account teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities for Solera and promote our unique value proposition.

Supporting clients by understanding their needs and pain points, and leveraging opportunities to upsell new Solera projects and consulting services.

Facilitating communication with project stakeholders, including reporting and status updates.

Providing leadership and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget by working with other Solera teams, both internally
