    Opportunity Overview

    This role, based in Abbott's Princeton, NJ location within the Abbott Point of Care Division, is a key part of the US Marketing team. The position involves managing strategic marketing initiatives such as the US HCP speaker bureau, HCP events, and promotional activities to support the US commercial strategy. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing marketing operations and communications for the US commercial business, with potential domestic travel needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee US HCP contracting needs and manage the US speakers bureau and programs
    • Coordinate logistics for HCP meetings and conventions
    • Support commercial communications initiatives and ensure consistent branding
    • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain project schedules and updates
    • Manage US marketing procurement requirements and budget reconciliation

    Requirements

    • At least 4 years of experience coordinating and executing project activities
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to work full-time at the Princeton, NJ office

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 4+ years in the healthcare industry
    • 2-3 years in commercial roles
    • Experience in US Health Systems and Hospitals
    • Strong communication skills and work ethic
    • Project management experience, particularly involving US HCPs
