    Data Entry Clerk

    Shift/Hours: Tuesday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5 PM
    Pay Rate: $ 15/per hour
    Location: Houston, TX 77075
    Experience: 2+ Years

    JOB SUMMARY:

    This position is primarily responsible for ensuring that the organization's database is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.

    DATA ENTRY CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Create and maintain daily process logs for daily production.
    • Prepare documents for data entry.
    • Verify, update, and correct production/manufacturing documents to ensure accuracy.
    • File and maintain production/manufacturing documents.
    • Perform miscellaneous copying and filing.
    • Provide support at the Front Desk as needed, by answering phones, directing calls, and various other tasks.
    • Other duties as assigned
    DATA ENTRY CLERK QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Requires 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
    • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
