We focus on making a difference in the community throughout partnerships with local, regional and national credit unions. Our close ties with our credit union partners allows us access to their membership, who are our primary customers.

The Family Security Plan provides these members to you, allowing you to focus on making the most of each opportunity by providing you a steady stream of leads.


This is a remote position.

We offer a base salary of $35,000.00 plus uncapped commission Annual earning potential typically 55- over 1

No cold calling - unlimited inbound leads.


New Hires can gain up to $4,000 bonus in their first few months

What experience/skills contribute to a successful Licensed Agent?

  • Proven successful sales record.
  • Insurance sales experience

What are the requirements of this role?

  • Handle all phone call transfers from our Customer Connect team, Customer Service team, carrier partners, credit union partners and digital marketing efforts.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals to support individual and department sales goals.
  • Achieve Gold PRO status (based on gross production) in selling The Family Security Plan.
  • Qualify members and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their insurance needs.
  • Call and follow up with members as necessary to complete sales opportunities.
  • Accept training and coaching to effectively sell the Family Security Plan.
  • Achieve acceptable scores to be compliant while selling over the phone.
  • Maintain and practice a high level of sales ethics, values and compliance at all times.
  • Focus on products that best suit the members' needs.
