We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pest control services to our residential and commercial clients in Chicago and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
• Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans based on inspection findings and client requirements.
• Utilize a variety of pest control methods and products to effectively eradicate pests while ensuring the safety of occupants and the environment.
• Document all service activities, including inspection results, treatment plans, and recommendations, using digital reporting tools.
• Drive to various locations to provide onsite pest control services
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on service schedules, treatment procedures, and recommendations for preventing future pest infestations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing pest control services.
• Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience in pest control or related field preferred but not required (Paid training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends as needed.
