    Who we're looking for

    The Toyota Logistics Services (TLS) Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team is seeking a Senior Analyst passionate about understanding and improving business processes, utilizing problem-solving, innovation, agile methodology, and a strategic mindset to help support Toyota's drive to become a mobility company.

    The TLS BTS team is comprised of business and technical experts responsible for creating, improving, and managing the operation of TLS operational systems. The team's priority is to develop seamless, timely, flexible, high-quality, and efficient finished vehicle logistics business solutions that are responsive to changing customer needs, business disruptions, and volume fluctuations.

    Key Responsibilities

  • As a Product Owner, help guide current projects between IT and the business to ensure consistent value delivery to customers, utilizing TPS(Toyota production system) and Agile methodology.
  • Provide oversight and coordination across new builds and enhancements & identify opportunities for standardizing best practices
  • Strategic identification & resolution of process gaps across the Business Technology Solutions department
  • Teaching and mentoring business users on system enhancements or new technology
  • Consult with business stakeholders to understand challenges and create strategic solutions with the heart of a teacher.
  • Problem solver who can help solve business problems.
    What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with agile and scrum methodology
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
  • Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
    Added bonus if you have

  • Experience as Product Owner/Scrum Master
  • Project Management Experience
  • Technical proficiency to assist in producing high-quality outcomes
  • Familiarity with Toyota Business Processes and Kaizen
