Description
We are currently looking for a Service Manager/Project Coordinator for a innovative medical technology company with products that have a unique selling point. This position is located in Berlin.
Previous experience as a Service Technician, Project Coordinator/Manager, or Service Manager is desirable for this role.
If you are open to a new position as a Service Manager in the medical technology field, these would be your responsibilities:
- Coordination, planning, and optimization of internal and external service assignments
- Scheduling of service personnel, including resource management
- Close collaboration with the Service Manager and sales team
- Process optimization and error analysis
Your profile:
- Education as a Service Technician, Medical Technician, or a technical or business degree
- Previous experience in technical service/sales or project management/coordination in the medical technology field
- Strong technical understanding with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate and motivate employees
- Residence in Berlin and willingness to travel up to 20%, including internationally
