Description

We are currently looking for a Service Manager/Project Coordinator for a innovative medical technology company with products that have a unique selling point. This position is located in Berlin.

Previous experience as a Service Technician, Project Coordinator/Manager, or Service Manager is desirable for this role.

If you are open to a new position as a Service Manager in the medical technology field, these would be your responsibilities:

Coordination, planning, and optimization of internal and external service assignments
Scheduling of service personnel, including resource management
Close collaboration with the Service Manager and sales team
Process optimization and error analysis

Your profile:

Education as a Service Technician, Medical Technician, or a technical or business degree
Previous experience in technical service/sales or project management/coordination in the medical technology field
Strong technical understanding with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate and motivate employees
Residence in Berlin and willingness to travel up to 20%, including internationally
