- Lead a team of +/- 40 individuals to reach production targets in a safe and healthy manufacturing environment.
- Accountable for shift production, product quality, employee safety, and machine uptime by directly engaging with your team and working cross-functionally with other departments.
- Improve efficiency, productivity and reduce waste to achieve set targets.
- Create positive employee relations through training, coaching, and disciplinary action.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing facility.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and complete projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus
- Pulp and paper experience a plus
