We support people with mental disabilities in their own homes.

Based on §§ 78 ff., 99, 113 SGB IX (integration assistance), we support our clients in leading a largely independent and normal life outside of clinical and inpatient facilities.

For the area of outpatient supported living for mentally ill and addicted individuals, we are looking for you as a specialist (m/f/d) for outpatient supported living in full-time.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
Dipl.-Social Worker or Dipl.-Social Pedagogue Bachelor (B.A.) / Master (M.A.)

Social Work / + related fields Pedagogical / Psychological Specialist (m/f/d) from a professional group with a university degree, Special Education Teacher Occupational Therapist Nurse Your profile:

You have at least one year of professional experience in working with mentally or addicted individuals or in the form of outpatient supported living and can prove this with work certificates and certificates.

You have a valid driver's license.
