Responsibilities:

At the Mercedes-Benz plant in Sindelfingen, we develop high-quality and innovative vehicles for the Mercedes-Benz Cars division.


The "Risk Management and Black Belt Program" team coordinates all risk analysis activities in vehicle construction and supports the implementation of cross-model technical topics, the reduction of errors in vehicles, and the implementation of innovations.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Planning, coordinating, and controlling various communication activities (e.g. editorial meetings, contributions on the social intranet)
  • Collaboration in crossdepartmental communication
  • Modernization of content on the social intranet
  • Organization of internal training offerings
  • Creation and revision of training materials
  • Further collaboration within the framework of technical risk classification
  • Development of an existing IT solution
  • Participation in the execution of risk analyses for new Mercedes-Benz vehicles

Qualifications:


  • Degree in communication, business, or humanities with a focus on communication or marketing
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Reliability and independence, dedicated work ethic, organizational skills, communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with social media in the context of corporate communication
  • Interest in presenting complex information in an understandable and attentiongrabbing way
  • Driver's license class B (car)
