In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, the FirstChoice Women & Children Service Director works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide administrative support and direction to directors/managers within the Women & Children Services/assigned area(s) of responsibility over agreed upon assignment (interim) period.
Provides clinical and administrative leadership for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating safe high-quality patient care/services as directed by the ministry/site executive team.
Reports to the ministry/site senior executive, based upon assigned interim duties; and to the FirstChoice executive leadership.Requirements
