    Job Duties

    New College Institute (NCI) is seeking a full-time Data & Program Manager position.

    NCI is a premier center of learning that provides access to academic degrees, certifications/credentials, and professional learning experiences in a high-quality learning environment.

    NCI's goal is to prepare students for regional and statewide career opportunities as well as to inspire students to participate in collaborative change to positively affect the communities where they live in order to promote regional economic prosperity and community transformation.


    The Data & Program Manager position duties include but are not limited to:


    • Work with NCI Staff to collect, catalog, analyze, and report data related to NCI's programs to staff, board, and stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the administration of registrar functions and services, including registration, grading, and compliance with NCI Polices.
    • Maintains applications and reimbursements processes for scholarships and grants.
    • Monitor regional, state, and national trends in workforce education and assigned program areas. Lead updates of existing programs and development of partnerships and new programs to meet state needs.
    • Develop workforce training schedule by working with employers to align course frequency and content with regional demands.
    • Manage enrollment, completion, credentialing, and job placement of students. Maintain accurate and timely program, student, enrollment, financial, and credential record.
    • Manage FAA Recreational UAS Safety Test (TRUST) programming updates and token reporting as required.
    • Support all aspects of the daily administration of program records, including registration, production of student certificates, program evaluation, CEU's and reports.

    Minimum Qualifications


    • Experience working with registration/enrollment for academic programs.
    • Requires demonstrated experience and proficiency in utilizing electronic student registration applications and systems.
    • Proficient in Curator Solutions LMS or other similar types of software/applications.
    • Knowledge of GWO Training Standards and GWO Training program management.
    • Knowledge of WINDA database.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but also work cooperatively in a team environment.
    • Must be able to resolve problems and make independent decisions.
    • Ability to work well under pressure with a high level of accuracy.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Experience demonstrating considerable skills and knowledge of current Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

    • Experience working with Continuing Education Units (CEUS)
    • Experience working with Learning Stream Class Registration Software.
    • Experience developing, managing, and evaluating skilled trades education programs.
    • Experience with Higher Education workforce services programs.
    • Experience teaching and/or advising adult learners.
