    RN - $4,000 Sign On Bonus

    *3 PM to 11 PM - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

    RN Position Summary

    A Registered Nurse is responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help provide patient care.

    The duties of a RN may vary, but generally include the following:


    • Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
    • Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
    • Observe residents' conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
    • Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
    • Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
    • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

    RN Requirements


    • Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state
    • Current CPR/BLS Certification
