In this role, you'll provide the client and the contract customer service and comprehensive administrative services.

To be successful in the role, the Contract Support professional must understand the contract scope. Should understand internal and client procedures, processes, and systems; and must operate those to the required standards.

Serve as a systems champion to ensure accurate and high quality, high-touch, managing reports; sharing standard processes and innovations; and maintaining billing, handling debt and revenue management to ensure performance within contractual terms.


What you'll do:

  • Build and review management reports, such as: profit and loss (P&L), work in progress (WIP), Debt, Open Purchase Orders (OPOs) & Invoice Pools.
  • Also, coordinate the raising of Purchase Orders (POs) for vendor submission.
  • Support management's efforts to implement costsaving opportunities, ensuring customer and GWS financial savings targets are improved.
  • Compile data for the monthly Contract Review to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). And support the preparation and delivery of said review and Business Unit Review materials.
  • Builds work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems.
  • Maintain any/all activities that will provide outstanding client and vendor relationships, ensuring success in: improved buying and use of preferred suppliers, conducting supplier surveys on MySupplier and/or other systems, a compilation of the Customer Monthly Management Report, compilation and reporting from the work management systems, and supporting the coordination of subcontractor files and statutory compliance.

Must Haves:

  • High School Diploma/GED required, with 24 years of experience in contract management, client care at financial institutions**:
  • Experience with CMMS systems (ServiceInsight, Service Channel). CMMS Planning, Scheduling and MRO management experience required.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and/or supervisors.
