    At Communities of Care, we offer World Class Home Care with small community values. We're looking for a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available around the state.

    Details for this case:

    • 9Yearold Male
    • Princeton, MN
    • Day Shifts 8a 8p Every other weekend
    - weekend rotation is included.

    • Hi Flow – 24/7

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer nursing care to client
    • Help maintain patients treatment plans
    • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
    • Maintain accurate patient medical records
    • Provide advice and support to patients and their family members

    Qualifications:

    • Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients.
    • RN or LPN Minnesota License
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
