This role is the Program Manager for the Aegis NJ Sites Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract with P&L responsibility.

The O&M contract is responsible for the security (physical and cyber) of the development environment and sites in NJ (CSEDS, NSCC, LBTS and SPY1A).


Contract ensures 24x7x365 availability for all RDT&E networks, the Classified Information Systems (CIS), Aegis Weapons System, Combat Systems and Radar (SPY1 and SPY6).

Contract enables the Development Infrastructure is in place and protects the CIS (SSP39) which houses the Common Source Library supporting USN, FMS, MDA and USCG.

This role includes people leadership of a small team of direct reports and indirect leadership across the program organization.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Experience with EVM (Earned Valued Management)
  • Ability to interface at multiple levels of internal and customer stakeholders / customers.
  • Navy contracting knowledge
  • Proven performance in managing/leading teams with responsibilities for technical, schedule and financial performance.
  • Knowledge of procedures for preparation and development of proposals.
  • Knowledge of Risk and Opportunity Management and exploitation of Digital Transformation.
  • Ability to travel occasionally

Desired Skills:


  • Familiarity with Aegis / BMD Development processes
  • General awareness of NJ Sites
  • Cyber Accreditation and Classified Information experience
  • Awareness of Development Computing Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Facilities and hotel services at facilities and landbased test and training sites
  • Strategic Planning experience
  • The Program Manager must have demonstrated leadership qualities, effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and delegate appropriately.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Remote Telework:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.


Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
