Three IHK qualifications: Retail Salesperson*, Trainer Qualification (AdA)*, and Retail Management Specialist* (*m/f/d)
Exciting academy phases with subjects such as business organization, company law, personnel management, and marketing
Exciting content and tasks through rotations in all departments of our garden center
Getting to know other garden centers in Germany or Austria as well as various departments of our service center in Rain am Lech
Friendly and courteous customer service
Responsible market tasks such as cash management, ordering goods, and inventory control
