Responsibilities:
Function Oversight:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the client acquisition function, including the overhaul/maintenance of processes, methodologies, and performance metrics to ensure the team's success.
Client Acquisition:
Lead and mentor team to identify and target potential clients, effectively expanding our client base.
Deal Negotiations:
Take charge of negotiating and closing significant deals, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to align business objectives and ensure successful contract execution.
Team Building and Leadership:
Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of business development professionals. Provide guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the team's success and continuous improvement.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing relationships for mutual benefit.
Market Positioning:
Conduct thorough market analysis, staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs. Develop and execute strategies to position Litmus7 as a leader in retail technology consulting.
Performance Evaluation:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the client function. Provide regular reports to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required
Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and negotiating large deals within the service industry especially with clients where retailing is prominent.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and client needs.
Should have led sales teams and closed deals that are more than 5 Million US dollars
Pay:
$120, $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
