Looking for experienced individuals to become part of our team as Lead Techs and Installation Technicians for Automotive Glass.

For Technicians who want to expand their knowledge, earnings, and growth, we offer training to perform ADAS windshield recalibrations.

Duties:

Perform mobile auto glass for all customer types
Perform ADAS recalibration
Preinspect customer cars and document preexisting damage in AGD mobile app
Inspect required parts for damage and report issues for resolution
Ability to work flexible hours to meet market demands beyond the standard 8 hours per day, including overtime and executing sameday addons when needed
Identify problems in the field, including preexisting conditions that prohibit safe glass installation per AGSC Standard
Mobile work, travel will be a necessary component of the job

Qualifications:

Must be organized
Ability to identify and communicate unsafe work conditions and report timely to the manager for correction
Must be able to stand for long periods during the repair of a vehicle
Must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, or crawl frequently
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to use a Mobile App on a phone or tablet
