    Account Executive

    Role Summary:

    The role is responsible for the sale of the Company's services in a specified region. The candidate uses relational, technical, strategic, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them to buy our products and services to meet their needs, resulting in revenue generation for the Company. This position is responsible for market penetration and development, for the maintenance of positive customer relations, and for the achievement of their annual sales goals. The position requires frequent driving to customers in Georgia and neighboring states.

    Core Functions:

    • Take energetic initiative to reach out to clients with self-starting zeal and internally motivated follow through via calls, appointments, social media, etc.
    • Exercise communication skills, professional presentation, and composure of the highest caliber with upper level executives at a variety of financial institutions
    • Facility in and attention to emerging social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, IG, FB, etc.) to reach and maintain company, sales, and marketing presence alongside out Marketing leader.
    • Responsible to drive and grow the installation, service, and preventative maintenance business by providing solutions to new as well as to existing client base
    • Generate sales leads and customer information, using Sales Force for tracking, following up, and closing sales
    • Discover, acquire, and maintain sound knowledge of all product and services offered. We carry ATMs, ITMs, Alarm Systems, Camera Systems, Physical Bank security (vaults, safe deposit boxes, drive up windows, pneumatic tubing, safes, cash recyclers, etc.)
    • Develop and deepen relationships with new and unreached customers, initiating and expanding our service reach to offer the client as comprehensive a package as possible
    • Possess excellent cold-call skills and ability to locate and develop new business
    • Evidence curiosity about evolving technology and opportunities to assist clients in evolving financial services market
    • Partner with service, installation, dispatch, accounting, and operations team members to close, contract, plan, install, follow-up, service, maintain, and develop business
    • Function as Project Managers for installations: garnering subcontractor, parts, labor, equipment, and material pricing with appropriate overhead and profit in coordination with management
    • Partner in marketing, executing appropriate and creative methods to reach and sustain and expand sales and business presence
    • Must be able to travel several days per month within the market.
    • Be winsome, self-driven, collegial, and a problem-solver
    • Self-understanding as a total package service provider in the environment of a great team.

    Details:

    Compensation Package is a combination of salary and commission; though a full commission option is available.
