Position: SCCM Engineer

Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Mandatory Skills:

VDI, SCCM, Windows, Airwatch, Intune, Active directory lab

Responsibilities:

New Windows Desktop Images

Run reports through SCCM against our desktop environment

Maintain/update current Images

Troubleshoot Software Updates on clients

Manage Desktop Patching through WSUS

Assist with analysis of project metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall program

Maintain the efficient and effective operation of upgrades or migrations by implementing changes as required

Troubleshoot user software or hardware problems in line with project tasks policies

Participate in information technology and infrastructure projects

Use of technical writing skills to contribute to the creation of end user self-help documents and other training material
