- Experience in troubleshooting PCs
- Previous experience in telephone customer service
- Offering high-quality technical support, assistance, and education for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and technical business processes
- Quick and accurate resolution of common issues and frequently asked requests
- Precise documentation of all customer and system interactions in the Service Desk ticketing program, ensuring proper routing and communication of escalated events
- Meeting or exceeding the team's metrics for attendance, phone, and quality assurance
- Consistently delivering exceptional customer service through accurate information, guidance, and quality documentation of customer needs or issues via the company's communication channels
- Adherence to policies and procedures for problem identification, documentation, routing, escalation, and resolution
- Maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions and ensuring effective communication
- Sharing undocumented issues and resolutions to enhance the team's knowledge base files
- Regular attendance is mandatory

Akkodis is looking for a Service Desk Technician for a client based in Richmond, VA (Hybrid) for a 6-month contract-to-hire role.
Pay Range: $23/hr - $25/hr on W2. After conversion to full-time, salary will be $48K/Annum.
