Folder/Gluer Operator


Are you hardworking, skilled in folder gluer operation, and motivated to learn more? QCC is a leading folding carton manufacturer specializing in the food service and retail industries.

We are looking for a motivated person to come work in a team environment. We want your experience to add to our team. We are looking for someone willing to learn and advance their own training. We offer a full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401K benefits.


Job Summary:

  • Make ready, operate and maintain folder/gluer and window patcher
  • Identify, troubleshoot and correct product problems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on folder/gluer and window patcher
  • Communicate with team members to achieve optimum production
  • Be able to follow a schedule and prepare jobs in advance
  • Complete production logs
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Follow all safety rules

Other Requirements:

  • High school education or GED
  • Read, write and speak English
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to lift/move/carry up to 50#
  • Able to pass a preemployment drug test
  • Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
