Job Description:


The goal of this position is to be a part of our E-commerce team in La Marque, TX, with a focus on product sourcing and procurement.

You will be responsible for selecting, acquiring, and managing our product portfolio, ensuring that it is always up-to-date, competitive, and aligned with our customers' needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Trend Research:

  • Researching current market and industry trends.
  • Analyzing customer needs and feedback.
  • Monitoring competition and adjusting procurement strategy.

Supplier Management:


  • Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
  • Establishing and maintaining longterm supplier relationships.

Product Selection and Procurement:


  • Selecting products that meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Planning and monitoring the procurement process.
  • Ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and budgets.

Quality Control:


  • Checking product quality upon arrival.
  • Coordinating with quality management to ensure product standards.

Inventory Management:


  • Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels.
  • Optimizing inventory to avoid overstock or shortages.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:


  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Providing product information for marketing activities.

Qualifications:


  • Proficient in PC skills.
  • Experience with Office 36
  • Strong teamwork skills.
