Description

The prestigious New York Athletic Club located in Pelham Manor, NY is seeking for full-time seasonal Building and Grounds Maintenance.

Summary:
Responsible for repairs and maintenance of facility and grounds. Maintain premises in clean and orderly manner accordance to Club standard.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.

Removal of all trash from facilities.
Maintain a clean environment in dumpster areas.
Receive inventory of any repair supplies required to complete a project.
Move and arrange furniture if required.
Installed dance floor when required
Perform minor repairs to wood or plumbing
Painting Project through club facility
Replace light bulbs we required in all areas
Maintain a clean and organized workshop
Snow removal from all member access location
Trim hedges and lower tree branches
In fall, the removal of fallen leaves through the property.
Setup athletic field for sport events
