To support our management team in nursing, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Deputy Director of Nursing (m/f/d) at our location in Youngstown, PA.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing and organizing designated nursing areas and support and represent the Director of Nursing in fulfilling their extensive duties.
You will initiate, shape, and establish new processes.
You will consistently promote and develop the quality of nursing care.
You will coordinate and accompany projects and working groups.
You will contribute creatively with new ideas to shape and strategically develop the nursing service in our company.
You have a multiprofessional team understanding and enjoy working collaboratively and in a networked manner.

Your profile:

You have completed training in a nursing profession and have further training as a nursing service manager and/or ideally a degree in nursing management or a comparable qualification, or you are willing to further qualify accordingly.
You have already gained experience in project management and leadership and would like to deepen this further.
You are solutionoriented and innovative, you think and act in a businessoriented manner.
You are convincing both professionally and personally and know how to involve employees in change processes and promote their independence and creativity.
You have technical and professional competence as well as a motivating, goaloriented leadership style.
