Customer Care Specialist
Tempe, AZ
3 Months contract with extension
Pay rate:
$19/hr W2
8AM - 5PM EST, Mon - Fri
No Weekends
Job description:
- As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries.
- Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
- Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer's issues.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a customeroriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
- Able to understand and accurately communicate customer's needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to type 30 wpm
