Customer Care Specialist

Tempe, AZ

3 Months contract with extension

Pay rate:
$19/hr W2

8AM - 5PM EST, Mon - Fri

No Weekends


Job description:


  • As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries.
  • Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment.

Requirements:


  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
  • Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer's issues.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a customeroriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
  • Able to understand and accurately communicate customer's needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to type 30 wpm

Preferred
SAP skills
