    Helps implement a meaningful learning experience; the Substitute role is not designed for busy work, but rather to interact with the children in classroom activities.

    Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students.

    Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation and maintain a positive learning environment.

    Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including playground and cafeteria.

    Assist teacher in both setting up the classroom in the morning as well as in the afternoons.

    Clean tables after snack and lunch as well as sweep the floors.

    Assist in daily cleaning of the classroom.
