    Requirements:

    Position: Scheduled Maintenance Writer

    Location: Wixom

    What's the job?

    • Scheduled Maintenance Writer
    • Receive and process requests for maintenance agreements
    • Maintain customer database
    • Submit new or updated Preventative Maintenance Agreements to customers
    • Communicate the value of Preventative Maintenance agreements to customers
    • Interact with customers on a regular basis regarding service needs, quotes, approval for work, and follow-up needs
    • Work closely with internal teams as needed

    What's needed?

    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Must have strong attention to detail
    • Customer service experience preferred
    • Data entry experience preferred
