- Provides direct patient care to our patients under direct supervision of a registered professional nurse and / or physician.
- Works with patients/family and other team members in providing age appropriate health care needs.
- Practices within the guidelines of the State Nurse Practice Act. Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Current New Jersey LPN License required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related health care field or Public Health preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- BLS Certification required.
