- Your responsibilities will include supporting the CEO in all areas of their daily work, including administrative tasks and project management.
- You will participate in all meetings related to strategy and business planning, and take responsibility for implementing certain measures.
- You will take on projects from various areas and play a key role in their implementation.
- You will work not only with the management team, but also with different teams throughout the company's value chain to optimize processes and drive company growth.
- You have a degree (minimum Bachelor's) in business administration or related fields.
- You have strong analytical skills and are familiar with data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- You are a doer and enjoy simplifying complexity.
- You have a passion for driving processes forward, developing and implementing concepts to increase both effectiveness and efficiency within the company.
- Nice to have: You have professional experience in management consulting or project management, and have already taken on leadership responsibilities.
