Contributing to the optimization of the process in terms of productivity and quality. Monitoring the production process, avoiding waste and downtime. Performing daily maintenance and minor repairs. Collaborating with shift leaders and employees. YOUR PROFILE Previous experience in an industrial setting is advantageous. Ideally, a qualification as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a similar qualification. Technical understanding of machines and process flows. Willingness to work in cold temperatures (+1 to +4 degrees). Teamwork and a sense of responsibility. Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
