The Role / Responsibilities:

Collaborate as a **QA Automation Engineer** within a team of problem solvers, addressing intricate business challenges from conception to implementation.
Execute and manage automated test scripts to ensure continuous testing.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing tasks.
Document and review testing outcomes, collaborating closely with developers and product owners to resolve issues.
Contribute to defining, gathering, and presenting QA metrics to enhance the efficiency of our QA process.
Take part in Agile activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Create and deliver reports and metrics to Senior Management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science** or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing automation testing frameworks to align with agile product development.
3-5 years of experience in developing automated test cases in at least one high-level programming language.
2 years of experience in **SDET/CI/CD/test automation**.
1 year of experience in automation using **Cypress** and **JavaScript/TypeScript**.
Ability to thrive in an Agile team environment, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in communication with engineers, senior management, and stakeholders.
Experience with application performance tools like **Dynatrace** and **AppDynamics** is a bonus.
Solid database capabilities.

For positions in the **United States**, the expected base salary range for this role is $$86,500 - $125,500, based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. This range is for a full-time position and includes incentive compensation. **Moody's** **offers** a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with contributions from both the employee and the company, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
