A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team.
Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.Potential fulltime shifts vary from four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts and are set upon hiring; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
Document required patient education efforts
Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
Lead a small patient care team
Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
