Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Handle Billing/Collections
  • Assist in vendor management and maintain professional relationships
  • Oversee front desk duties, including answering phones and directing calls
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Assist with payroll processing and budgeting tasks
  • Plan and coordinate office events and meetings

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
