Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle Billing/Collections
- Assist in vendor management and maintain professional relationships
- Oversee front desk duties, including answering phones and directing calls
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Assist with payroll processing and budgeting tasks
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
