YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completed degree in Business Informatics / Computer Science or IT-oriented training - e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) - or equivalent practical knowledge
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and business application software
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and security
  • Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Providing technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Setting up and maintaining user accounts and permissions
  • Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and networks
  • Assisting with IT projects and upgrades
  • Documenting and reporting technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborating with other IT teams and departments to ensure smooth operations
