E-COMMERCE PRODUCTION MANAGER

Location:
Long Island City, NY

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of previous food manufacturing operations experience
• Prior experience managing people on multiple shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft systems required.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

coupled with the ability to work effectively as part of a team on multiple projects

• Experience with Shopify (or similar) Ecommerce Platform for order placing, and

experience with ShipStation (or similar) shipping.

• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Resultsoriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
• Resilient, selfmotivated, and able to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work, days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as dictated by

seasonal or business needs.

• Appreciation for and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from

personnel with different backgrounds.

• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Passion for what you do you enjoy the process of creating something from start

to finish and are motivated to continuously hone your craft and technique.

• Adaptability and flexibility you recognize that in the food industry, anything

can - and will - happen and you're able to calmly troubleshoot issues.

• Eye for detail you're meticulous about the items you create and understand

the technique and patience it takes to create consistently high quality products.


Pay:
$80, $95,000.00 per year
