    We have an Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Senior Storage Engineer.

    Are you ready to take your career to the next level? LATG has an immediate opening for a Senior Storage Engineer to join our innovative team. This role will support the Infrastructure Services portfolio within the Navy Program Executive Office - Digital & Enterprise Services, with a key focus on data storage and storage area networks (SAN).

    What You'll Do:

    Lead Implementation: Oversee system integrator hardware infrastructure implementation for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI).
    Drive Innovation: Collaborate with NMCI and other Programs of Record (PORs) to shape the future of the NEN technical roadmap for storage and cloud services.
    Optimize Storage: Manage datacenter storage lifecycle and define the roadmap based on emerging technologies.
    Enable Growth: Work with system integrators and peer portfolios to enhance NMCI storage design and support escalated issues and special projects.
    Govern and Guide: Review engineering materials, provide governance, and offer technical insights for project sustainment.
    Strategize: Lead technical and business assessments for system-level roadmaps and support data storage system integration.

    What We're Looking For:

    Security Clearance: Minimum SECRET clearance required, only applicants with clearance will be considered due to the nature of the work environments.

    Educational Background: Master's degree with 10 years of specialized project management support experience in Navy acquisition programs or comparable DoD project management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical work experience is also acceptable.

    Technical Expertise: Proficient in IT infrastructure design, planning, installation, operation, maintenance, and dispositioning, with strong datacenter storage engineering skills.

    Hands-On Experience: Skilled in storage and SAN solutions (NetApp, Brocade, Veritas NetBackup) and technologies (FC, SMB, NFS, etc.).

    Versatility: Familiar with virtualization, hyperconverged technologies, organizational change management, operations migration, and AGILE methodologies.

    Communication Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills to effectively collaborate across the program.
