    Client Details

    Our client is a well-established, medium-sized company in the business services industry, specializing in commercial construction projects across various sectors. They currently have a piplein of ten projects for the year.

    Description

    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from conception to completion.
    • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with objectives.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.
    • Support in managing project risks and resolving any issues that arise during construction.
    • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Attend project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
    • Assist in the procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries.

    A successful Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
