- Sales and Guest Service experience is a plus (see job functions above to be able to evaluate ability to do job functions)
- Experience in managing or leading teams
- Strong track record of building strong and trusting relationships
- College degree preferred
- Passion for baseball, softball and sports that is contagious

About the Role:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) role is a full-time position that works in coordination with the General Manager and Guest Service Representatives in a center.
The AGM will help ensure our guest service and relationship-based culture is upheld along with following and executing our operational systems that ensure an impactful business.
The AGM will also be a point person for guests to contact and be the face of our facilities.It's a AGM's desire to ensure our guest experience is held to the expected standards in and outside the facility and to oversee the systems and processes that are implemented on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate is someone looking to grow their career in the sports business field in sales, operations, and leadership.
