Overview:

An experienced Cloud FinOps/Financial Analyst is needed to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in IT financial management for cloud implementations.

Responsibilities include budget management, expense monitoring, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.


Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud spending budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor cloud expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Produce reports and dashboards on cloud spending and trends.
• Support dashboard development in PowerBi for detailed financial analysis.
• Analyze cloud costs and develop allocation methods for business units.
• Document and evaluate cloud hosting proposals for compliance with cost standards.
• Assist in PPBE processes with a focus on planning and programming.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in IT financial management or FinOps.
• 5+ years of analytical experience in a related field.
• Extensive DoD cost/acquisition experience.
