- Work under the direction of a BCBA
- Accrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
- Oversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average clients
- Develop client goals and clinical programs
- Support parent training and education
- Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings
- Masters degree
- Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
- BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification
- Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
- Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
- Demonstrated ability to train others
- Strong communication and writing skills
- BCaBA preferred, not required
- Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required

The Managing Technician will support clients and Behavior Therapists throughout Palmdale, Lancaster, and Rosamond.
Responsibilities:In addition to a competitive salary, AST also offers the following benefits to their employees:

AST/Learn It Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Candidates must be presently eligible to work in the United States.
Compensation Range:$ $31.20 / hour
Other salary range for activities such as administrative work or driving time is $15.50 to $26.00
