- Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday; 7 am - 4 pm (1 hr. lunch)
- No call responsibilities
- Outpatient setting
- Patient ages range from birth - geriatrics
- Average patient volume of 10-14 patients per day (60 min for physicals, 30 min for follow-ups)
- Comprehensive primary care services including physical exams, employee wellness, surveillance exams, and preventative care
- Occasional occupational health assessments for work-related injuries
- Elma provides easy access to outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, and biking. Ideal for nature enthusiasts
- Located near major highways and urban centers like Buffalo, the area offers easy accessibility to city amenities and experiences
