Responsibilities:

Unleash your charm to identify and pursue new sales opportunities we want you to be the guru of turning prospects into customers
Build epic relationships with clients, understand their dreams and desires, and match them with our amazing vehicles.
Collaborate with our awesome team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a set of keys in hand.
Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends be the trendsetter, not the follower.
Work with our Desk Managers to serve sales proposals that make our competitors jealous.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in any industry 2 years minimum
Car sales experience is a plus, but we're open to other sales rockstars who are ready to make the jump.
Your negotiation skills should be so good they could solve world conflicts.
Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude we want someone who lights up the room No blown bulbs will be considered.
No degree required we're more interested in your sales swagger.
