Your tasks:

  • Development of futureoriented new products in collaboration with our customers
  • Further development of existing products with a focus on innovation, quality, and Rockinger brand awareness
  • Finding constructive solutions, conducting and supervising component calculations in the crossfactory development network
  • Collaboration with the sample construction department and supervision of field trials
  • Product consulting for our customers
  • Creation of designs in CAD as well as bill of materials
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

What you bring:

  • Completed degree in mechanical or automotive engineering; alternatively, a degree as a mechanical engineering technician
  • Ideally several years of professional experience as a design engineer in the metal processing industry. Professionals from other industries as well as beginners are also welcome.
  • Proficient in ProEngineer Creo 5.0 or similar software, as well as MS Office applications
  • Creativity, selfmotivation, and teamwork skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills
